That wasn’t an option for me.  That might be an option. It’s worth asking.

I did find that with interest rates being at 6.5% that the difference wasn’t that much or worth the hassle of getting super creative.  Your difference might be more.

Good luck!

Hi All,

We have recently moved to the Springfield/Branson area and are just under contract on a home with an FHA assumable mortgage. It is 2.875% and so very attractive. That loan is for $309,000 and the house is under contract for $490000. I need a second mortgage to cover most or all of the rest.

Being new, we do not know any mortgage agents and need one who can navigate this for us.  Does anyone know any local banks who would do this?  Or a loan officer who can help get this done?

I'm hoping there is someone here in the Bigger Pockets family who can help us out.

Kyle

Thanks.  This helps.  Any advice on knowing how much solar I would need?  What are the quality vendors I should look at?

Looking to do an off grid glamping setup and trying to find out what options I have for things like water, sewer waste, and solar power.
I’m trying to determine how much and what it would take to go full glamping with a mini split and water heater and shower or if I go with a simple camp shower and composting toilet and maybe a small solar panel for a sting of lights and a place to charge phones.

Are there websites that help me know how much power I need based on what things I have?

I’ve seen people have water tanks for water   I would love to have a resource I could look into on how those are setup.

Also I would like to know about waste water options if sewer and septic are not an option.

Thanks in advanced.
Kyle

I am wanting to talk with a tax accountant who can advise me on future purchases I can do to reduce my taxes.  I will do over the phone or in person.

We currently just have 2 long term rentals but we are looking at a short term rental as well as a possible mobile home park.  Also might be flipping a house this year.

Any good names would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kyle
