We work to set up a line of credit, source and market deals you provide your builder experience for an equal equity split. @thomasoliver What is the purchase price of the land? Do you have 50% of the purchase price plus 20% of the construction cost to bring to closing? What is the value of the property after completion?

@Quinyana Mosley I am in the same boat. I can just you what I am doing. I am learning all I can about the aspect of the business. 

Tapping into sources to find deals. Reaching out to brokers. Researching property owners and contacting them. Network with people who have done deals. Learning how to underwrite deals. Networking with equity partners. I do this every day. 

One thing I have noticed is that the market is highly competitive right now and a lot of properties offered the market don't pencil for us. So for me, I know that it's going to take a lot of prospecting before finding a winner.

@John Burtle I am no lawyer but I believe that agents are required to put in your offers.  But in reference to this agent, in particular, sounds like that agent is not investor friendly. I would consider finding one that is. Your offer is what works for you.
