@Shadonna N. Thanks for checking in.  The deal fell through on the last day of DD with the seller backing out actually.  The plan was to do cash for keys on half the units and go from there but never got the chance.

Curious to know if anyone has ever worked with Linda Gerchick (Team Gerchick) before?  I've been working with her recently and so far everything has been great but just doing my due diligence.  Any feedback on your experience with her and her team?

Hi everyone,

In the past I posted about Residential Assisted Living but is anyone out there doing this on a commercial level?  I'm looking into taking vacant buildings and re-purposing them to Assisted Living.  If anyone out there knows of anyone or is doing this themselves I would love to connect!
