It's always good to learn new skills, and if it is for a go-no go test of a house you want to put under contract, you may benefit from the higher speed of your personal inspection. But if you don't know much about inspecting I would still have a professional come out and tell you what's up since they probably know a lot of things you wouldn't even think of from years of experience.

In the midst of the election and the senate and president turning democrat, I'm wondering about the future of real estate investing and how I should be preparing for any changes. Does anyone have a good news outlet that posts specifically about bills that are being passed and how they will be affecting the market?

Is anyone in Racine, Wi? Why or why not?

Maybe try getting to the root of why he wants 140k, and help him understand why that's not possible and no one will pay him that.

If he doesn't want to sell for lower, maybe try and come back to him in some time to follow up.

I'm just worried about driving by because the neighborhood is small and if they're outside I will be about 3 feet away from them, so they would definitely see me driving by. Should I care about that?
