If your passionate about real estate , quit going to school follow your passion thats your soul telling you where to go!  In my opinion college is only needed for getting into the Medical field ( Nurse or Doctor ) or becoming a lawyer , If you want to get into business or Real Estate just get started.

Ill be investing in the North Carolina market very soon just wondering if any investors out there can recommend the best zip codes with good schools , close freeways , shopping  etc in Greensboro , or Charlotte . Thanks i Advance
