Hello I'm Kyle and I am going to be taking the required classes to be able to take the real estate salesperson exam in March. I know I will need a sponsoring broker so I wanted to start that process of finding one that best fits me now to get a sense of what the cost will be coming in. My plan is to start out as a part-time agent for 1-2 years to gain experience and get me feet under me before jumping in full-time. I want to know what the fees would be to join or commission split would be. I would prefer a commission split at first while I'm part-time and then talk about moving to monthly fees later. I also want to eventually be not only helping buyers and sellers but also flipping when the opportunities arise.
