Ned Carey, I have also seen people talk about getting different lists from their title company, is this true? and what types of lists can you expect to get from them?

So would you say it is best to shop your local area for title companies, and let the companies know you are shopping to see who will cut you a deal, or fight for your business?

Are there form contracts that you can get online that are already written up for putting a house under contract?
