A search for "Las Cruces" displays 88 members located here.  I think that's enough to arrange a meetup and network.  What do you think? We plan on getting started at the end of the year when we will be debt free and have more disposable income for marketing.  If no one plans a meetup or starts a club soon then we will probably arrange something.

Thank You! Did you use zero down payment with the properties obtained with VA loan program? If so, does the rent income cover the payments or create some cash flow? I know it depends on my area and the deals, but just curious about your experience.
