Thanks! Im in Southern California looking for better rental markets for cashflow.

So I thought his business was legit and almost pulled the trigger on a couple purchases.  I haven't read articles or allegations yet but my question is, who IS a reputable turn key rental company for out of state investors and how do you vet them?
