@Matthew McAlarney - I came across this comment today as I was researching Greenville Jersey City. How has your experience been buying and holding in Greenville? Successes/challenges if you don’t mind sharing?

@Lashawn McCauley - thank you for sharing this insight. I am buying in East orange on the border of Fairmount Newark. It is close to trains and buses and it seems that attracting Folks from NYC is a helpful strategy. I appreciate you sharing knowledge.
