Hey thanks Karen!

I will definitely check out your suggestions. I am new to some of the things you mentioned and will check them out. About the pic all I have is an old flip phone supplied by the company I work for. My boss has been trying to get me to upgrade to an iphone but I am so comfortable with this old phone. I guess its time to try one then I could get a pic on my profile and listen to the pod casts while I am driving. (creature of habit)

Thanks everyone for the kindness. I am truly new and would appreciate any advice on investing in rural areas.

Again Thanks

Derek

Hello out there this feels really weird!

I have sent emails and conversed over the web but not like this.

I am new to investing. I haven't bought a investment property yet.

I live in western ky from what I am gathering this is a very slow market not having a lot of ups and downs.

Anyone in a rural market like this I would love some advice
