i do remember they had some coupon code they gave out that allowed me to get 2 years for $500. It does have some very helpful videos/training but a lot of that info you can get off here talking to other investors. It would just take longer to learn all that info @Ciera Calhoun I signed up for it but never been to a meeting. Actually learned to do deals from a mentor i just kept hanging around and buying lunch for.

its actually pretty big now. usually 40+ people. agents, investor, insurance guys, president of hawthorn bank, wholesalers. i will be there tomorrow. it will be my last meeting since i just accepted a new job in the fort worth/ dallas, tx area.

mentors are brandon dickman (flipper) and brian simmons (buy and hold) all of my wholesale deals have been sold to people at this meeting they give everyoen a chance to pitch a deal you have to offer
