Had a tenant ask to change due date from the 1st to the 15th starting Sept..She's been with me 6 months and pays on time but needs this due to new pay cycle...Would you do it,if so do i need to change on lease agreement.

I had one built 7 yrs ago.Could not be more pleased. From the time they hit the ground it was move in ready in 17 days..3540 sq.ft.. Modular construction has not caught on but the high in modular is better built then the stick built their throwing up these days..people hear modular and think trailor.not so!!!

I just had to have two appraisals done that i had to pay for ($385 & $520)Second one had rent comps on it.Bank claims investment property under 100k is required. Appraisals were 1k apart from each other.What a waste of money..

Is it possible to own too many rental properties on same street or subdivision ?? I have five on the same street that I paid 86k ave. rent 950-1000 a month.Now some owners are calling about buying theirs..Thanks for any info on this topic
