@Rhandell Mitchell this is quite hilarious.  Take @Robert Ellis advice about doing your own homework.  @Brandon Sturgill I'm sure means well but he is a real estate broker and agent.  Hence, by default, the wholesaler is his competition.  Unfortunately, he has used fear tactics and slammed Vena Cox-Jones unduly.  How dare Vena earn money for teaching people her expertise.  I have not personally bought her courses but I have heard her speak on several occasions as well as read a few of her books.  She is a wealth of knowledge and deserves to be paid for what she is willing to teach the investor community.

Wholesaling is a viable and legitimate way to earn money.  Its not easy and you certainly need to be careful about what you say and how you go about it - especially if you get your real estate agent license.  I love wholesalers and wish there were more good ones around to bring me deals!

Ever wonder how to set financially bulletproof goals to leave your 9 - 5?

How can I get my spouse on board with my investing and keeping to the financial plan?

Or asked the question why some people achieve financial freedom and why some do not?

This month we have a gentleman that built a real estate portfolio large enough to earn enough income to leave his full time job as a UPS delivery driver and now travels around the country sharing exactly how he did it.  He is going to teach the math behind setting financial goals with an eye on leaving your 9 - 5 as well as the mindset it will take to set and stick with the plan.  Bring your notebooks and questions!

* And by the way, this is a great meet up to bring your spouse or significant other.  He has 6 children and builds his business alongside of his wife and will share tips and tricks to getting your spouse on board.

This is also a networking opportunity for local investors, lenders, wholesalers, and such. Have a property to sell, looking to buy, or just want to learn then come to check us out.

@Julian Dover do you now have total ownership of the property or does the husband have partial ownership?

As far as eviction is concerned there is no issue on the time of the year.  If this is your fist eviction I recommend asking around for a good attorney that isn't going to overcharge you.  Given the situation it sounds like an attorney would be a good idea anyway since its her husband that is left there.  I'm guessing there is no lease so this situation is a little more complicated than a typical eviction which is generally because a tenant isn't paying rent or abiding by terms of a lease agreement.

@Brandon Schlichter Vinton County Bank is 12 months or more for sure and I believe Fairfield National is as well.

However, Kingston National will refinance in less than 1 year.  I was referred to them and gave them a call right before I read your response.

Thanks!
