For anyone that does or has thought about doing a Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat you know that "Refinance" part can get pretty interesting as you await the appraisal to come back. In fact, it can make or break your deal and your ability to do that last part....Repeat. Not to mention the sale of a flip, the purchase of a property funded through a financial institution, and so on. This Wednesday January 17 from 6-8 at Pizza Cottage on Ety Rd come hear from an actual appraiser from the Central Ohio area. Tim Nead has been doing this for a long time and not only does he appraise our properties but is also a real estate investor. So he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
