The meetups are a great place to network. Chattanooga has a great group of diverse real estate investors, so there is a lot of great brains to pick. I am always free to answer and questions, as much of our group will do also.

@Account Closed we just put a quad on the market in a great location with a GMI of $3200. 

In Red Bank there are duplexes galore, if you aren’t looking for commercial. If you are looking for those larger complexes, your competing with the out of state big buyers that don’t have a problem competing for a property. There are also a ton in the downtown area that are being built now.
