New to the STR space. We just purchased Walmart's high-end cotton sheets. Came out of the dryer with wrinkles on every square inch. Looks bad. My better half tried to iron them but did not work so well and we sure as heck aren't going to do that every time. Suggestions for these sheets? Recommendations on better ones to use?

Joshua, Do you use a simple contact management software program to track and follow up on all your leads? I am looking at Zoho and others like this. I would like a simple system that I can add notes on prospects and has reminders.

Joshua, Thanks for the tip! Makes sense, certainly don't mind the Gorilla tactics! I guess all Buckeyes are not all bad. :)

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good source for a list of multifamily owners to contact (by mail, email or phone) by zip code?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good source for a list of multifamily owners to contact (by mail, email or phone) by zip code?  I have used Listsource for single families but before I reach out to them, I thought I would ask some of the experts! Thanks in advance! Kurt

Thanks for the great advice from everyone. Kim Meredith Hampton gets the star for now. After spending a few days (literally) watching and reading content on Jake and Gino, I decided to join their program. They checked all the boxes and more. I believe they have the systems, processes and culture I am looking for. At 62 (going on 50) I am 'a little long in the tooth' and can usually feel the pitch early on. They never pitched anything. Kim, I can't say when, but I will be sending you a very nice thank you gift after my first deal! Thanks again to everyone for the words of wisdom. - Kurt
