I am interested if anyone has an example of a successful absentee owner direct mail campaign with the following or if someone could help me design a direct mail plan with these criteria:

1.) I am looking to reach each owner 7-8+ times with each letter building on the previous(I don't want to send the same letter over and over.)

2.) Do you send only letters or mix it up with postcards and zipcards as well?

3.) What should the message say, or post cards show?

I want to develop a great direct mail plan, so that I am not wasting money and sending out random letters here and there. I want to get the most bang for my buck!

Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions!

I am interested in attending REI events in Houston, TX or Katy, TX area. I really need to start meeting local investors and other individuals within the industry to network with and throw ideas back and forth. I am looking for something that is not an up-sell, but just local people helping each other and expanding their businesses together.

Please let me know about any upcoming events or club meetings that you know of... thank you in advance!

Took the words right out of my mouth Shane Willcox ... It always seems like the most average, mundane people are the first ones to tell you that you cant do something. I also use it as motivation and cant wait to still see them sitting behind a cubicle making 40k a year for the rest of their lives while I accomplish my dreams. Best of luck to you man!

Hi all,

My name is Kyle Tweed, and I am a new investor in the Katy, TX area. Currently, I am focusing on wholesaling along with some owner-finance and lease option deals. I plan to work my way into retailing once I have a good financial base and more experience. Looking forward to learning a lot from the site and all of the knowledgeable users! Thanks in advance for all of the input and tips!
