My opinion is that the buyer's broker earns their commission in negotiating..especially if you are in a multiple offer situation.  You need to find a good one that gets you the deals and saves you money! Look for investor friendly agents on this platform or social media.

I started hosting a meetup once a month just to collaborate on investment strategies and opportunities.  It's so fun and a great way to meet other investors!

@Dave Skow Thanks Dave! It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo ~ high hoa dues but it was worth it for my clients to purchase as their son will be there for 4 years.  They aren't looking at cash on cash return right now.
