Purchase price: $655,000 Cash invested: $100,000
I helped an investor/buyer buy this condo to buy and hold. They will be renting it to their son as it is in the University District at the University of Washington

@Kim McGinnis- thats great - what is the size of the unit ? age ? realistic rent ? HOA dues ? whats is the debt service ? ( in other words is it able to cash flow positive with the debt incurred and taxes / hoa ?.......having had a son jsut graduate from UW - hope that your investor has girls live in it after their son is done with it :)

@Dave Skow Thanks Dave! It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo ~ high hoa dues but it was worth it for my clients to purchase as their son will be there for 4 years. They aren't looking at cash on cash return right now.
