Hello,

My name is Ken Scarbrough and I recently purchased my first property. Instead of purchasing a home for myself I've opted to purchase a duplex that is already occupied as an investment property while I live in an apartment to save money, hopefully toward my next property.

Im ambitious, motivated, and I want to break into this market and learn as much as possible about it. Im looking for like minded individuals, mentors and partners. The goal is to surround myself with the right people so that I can build my financial knowledge and avoid pitfalls if at all possible.
