I currently have an inactive Real Estate Sale Associate License and I'm looking for a brokerage in Orlando, Fl who's hiring of course and I am able to work part time to hopefully become full-time. Either a builder, property mangement or acquisition manager position? Please and thank you in advance. 

There is a short sale deal that I have came across but I do not have the adequate amount of funds for this buy and hold or rehab and flip. How can I fund and how to analyze to make sure it is a great investment?

I am currently working on raising my credit score to get a good rate on my first property. What are some strategies or lending companies that can either assist in raising the score within 6months?

Any information on crowdfunding companies? Such as a good company? Minimum investment amount? I am personally interested in getting into a company but would like to know a company with a great turn around on my investment

I am a new real estate agent here  in sunny Orlando, Fl. I would like to buy or sell as soon as possible to pursue real estate full-time within the next 4 months or so. Any agents out there willing to network or give me some advice on how to find sellers here in Central Florida? 

I'm currently signing up with Keller Williams here in Orlando,Florida and just interested to know if I made the right decision. I would like to also know any advice out there for a new agent in the city?
