@Chris Teti Thanks for confirming. Do you mind if we connect privately? I just inherited to properties, mortgage free and I'd like to put each of them in an LLC. I'm curious to know what lenders provide that type of financing and the type of docs needed to secure it.

Hi! I inherited a property in NYC with no mortgage and I will be putting it in an LLC with my mom and my sister. Once it's in the LLC, how do we get a line of credit? Will a lender need to review our individual credit history/worthiness?
