Mr. Holdman,

I am initially looking into single family homes (3bd, 1-2 bath) in Eastern Connecticut area; I have limited funds of my own to put into these deals the homes that I am looking into are $100,000 and under. I have some experiance in the construction field (Carpentry, Cement (forms), building materials industry) and bring that to my new busniess venture.
My long term goal is to purchase and manage multi-family homes and add those purchases to my portfolio.
