Any reputable lender can make fees part of the loan, as a rule I never do business with anyone that asks for upfront fees to be paid.

My past experience with anyone that asks for such fees, Scammers!

Contractor located in Connecticut, i noticed all the chatter regarding JV opportunities in the NY area would someone consider opportunities in the New Haven, Fairfield County areas?

Thanks for the heads up on this one, I know a lot of these type of offerings look at the

top of the scale when it comes to credit & scores.
