Wow, how awesome is it so many of us are interested in a meet up event!?

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions limiting our ability to host a larger event, and such an unexpected- yet incredible interest in so many of you attending the event, we unfortunately are going to have to stop accepting attendees at this time. Our goal is to host monthly meet ups moving forward so if you can’t make this one we look forward to seeing you at the next! We now know we need a much larger venue so we can host an attendance larger than originally anticipated. Thank you all for your interest and we look forward to meeting everyone.

Come join us! We are hosting a local REI meet up in Pittsburgh, PA. This is the inaugural event for the group and we know there will be many more to come.

The event is Thursday October 15th, 2020 from 6-7:30pm. Please message the organizer @Kirk Zandier to reserve a spot for you and your guest if you wish to bring one along. This event will be held at Spoonwood Brewing Company located on 5981 Baptist Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. We look forward to seeing you there!

@Jaquetta Turner thank you and that is why I turned to the BP committee. I know the first property a investor usually gets isnt a Home run, i just am being skeptical so im not out money and never receive funding.

That is what my thought was, that it is a scam. It is so sad that there are people out there like that. This is why I turned to BP. I greatly appreciate everyone's help! Does anyone have any recommendations that will work with a first time buyer of a rental property? The house im looking at i should be able to get for 20-30k and 30-40k for the rehab.
