I’d love to have the opportunity to attend any event that you may organize. I’ve attended a few through Meetup.com, but nothing through BP. If you schedule anything please keep in touch as i’d love to attend!

@William Collins
Being so young, finances have been very easy in my case as i’ve been able to save everything from my full-time job, and not having expenses living with my parents. In terms of house hacking, it’s something i’m very interested in and have considered a lot, especially with my older brother who’s more keen on moving out than I am at the moment.
When it comes to networking, being on bigger pockets and things like facebook are fairly new to me but i’ve been sending out connection requests to reach out to as many people as possible, to find someone who’s looking in the same avenues as I am. I’ve actually met Brandon Rush on multiple occasions and still attend his events which I absolutely love doing.
When it comes to creative financing as a whole, I definitely see how being more specific could lead me down a clearer path.
Thank you so much for your help and kindness, I appreciate you taking the time to help a young investor!

Thank you for the advice! I’ve been into exploring real estate for a little and have really been focusing on the networking and deal finding aspect of things, but getting more specific would be more beneficial for sure. I appreciate the help!

@Eric James
Get rich quick seems like one of those too good to be true type of deals, i’m definitely in it for the long term and would love to build a vast portfolio.

I appreciate the advice, house hacking is definitely something to look into in my case. I’m only 19 but I work full time and have done a pretty good job saving money with my brother, so we’ll explore all then options.

Love the advice thank you! I’ve been working hard to network and meet people in the space, just taking it one day at a time and have built great relations so far!
