Quote from @Ryan Moyer:

Will it match the statement amount up with the actual credit transaction for the bank account attached to Stessa?

Apologies for the delay Ryan. Yes they match. I got a reply from STESSA too - as I had suspected, that amount goes from the guest directly to Airbnb (pass thru) and hence does not get imported into STESSA as a transaction.

Is anyone using Stessa and importing Airbnb transactions into Stessa? Works really well (I used the CSV option) - but the Stessa import tool does not bring in the GUEST SERVICE FEE from the Airbnb transaction. Any idea why? Is it because the GUEST SERVICE FEE $$ goes directly to Airbnb? Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you.

That screen shot is from Hospitable (that’s the PMS I use). $30,441.38 - Thats the “Gross” earnings and includes all taxes (local, city etc) and cleaning fees (if any) and pet fees (if any) etc etc.

Sorry I don’t have an answer for the percentage while doing the analysis. Way too many reasons and variables for that one.

@Josh Weber said it - good tools, good processes and automate as much as possible but also leave room for a personal touch. Its very much possible to manage remote STRs. We do that - happy to help if needed, let me know.
