That would be great - thanks! I'm looking at a couple houses through the Bahamas - in doing some research they seemed to be booked pretty solid and demanding high rates... It seems like a good opportunity and they are much more open towards the short term rental markets.. Let me know how it goes and congrats on your investment.

Does anyone have any insight into the short term rental market in the Caribbean / Bahamas? I'm looking at a property in the Bahamas and have not come across any issues as places are facing here with the short term rental market. In fact, for nice places it seems to be very healthy! I'm considering a purchase of several units and moving there to manage them. Just thought I would get some potential feedback from others who may have done something similar.
