@Hilario Reyes it took almost 8 months at Oakland office. Once I was transferred to Ontario/upland office, it took two weeks :) I would recommend requesting Humberto at the Upland office :) 

...wondering if we can start a list by region (of the bait-and-switchers) to help newbies out....Or is that against BP forum policy?? Or does that already exist somewhere on this site?
