From my experience as a PM it depends on the situation in hand. Some owners do a great job screening and placing good quality tenants. Some have never done such tasks. 

Any established investor is going to need more information on your property before offering financial advice imo of course.

Hey there... im new to the community but I am from Raleigh. My backround is commercial and residential construction. Ive worked for 1 GC and several property management companies over several years.  I also have contacts in most industries around here. 

Unfortunately i'm super busy with a rehab project and a start up company but I'm trying to free up time soon to start rehabbing. Hopefully I can offer advice or be helpful for any local investors.
