What would be a good size to invest in for multifamily? Right now, I am looking at Florida markets and  have a range of 100k to 250k but I feel as if that may be too large. Any insight or help is welcomed, thanks!

Right now i'm trying to learn as much as possible so I've been reading up on books, but I've been told that it's important to learn by asking questions but the only problem is everything I think of can be found in a book. So what kind of questions can't be solved with a book?

I've been reading up on real estate books for about 7 months now(if you have any to recommend, that would be great), and I feel like it's important to make as many connections before I hit 18. Is it as simple as just shooting messages at people or should I go about a system?

I'm 16 years old right now and I have a goal to aquire 500 units with a yearly income of 600k. My goal seems far out there but I really hope to achieve this before age 40 since I don't want to spend my whole life chasing money. Is there any of you who have achieved this or know someone who has?

There are people who have done that. It is usually achieved by networking woth the right people. Join a REIA in your area. NationalREIA.org

It seems like not a lot of people talk about it so it's hard to know, I mean is it possible with just rentals or do I have to do all sorts of other things too?
