Hey, 

I'm Korbin Smoot. I'm looking to get into direct mail so I can begin wholesaling and also being an agent in good fix and flip and multi family unit transactions. I was wondering what the response rate was for those who have experience in the Utah, Davis, Salt Lake City county areas. Also, out of the amount of people who respond, how many deals on average are you getting?

Well I've had my real estate license for 3 months now in Utah and am working on my Idaho license. I've spent the last 3 months before I came up here just scouring through Utah to find good investment rental properties to hand over to investors in order to collect a commission. I plan on doing the same up here. Are any of you currently looking to pick up on and multi-family units?
