I'm sure that you can find a better deal. Establish clear permitters, and keep looking until you are able meet them.

There are ways you can make this deal work better, but not worth it.

I started at 47, and in one year I purchased 5 SFR. I bought my primary residence 11 years ago.

I'm seeking a good property management, or contractor, or real estate agent. I have two properties.

2. Mineville, NY 12956

NY is a very difficult market to find good deals right now. One thing that is working for me, is looking  for deals that a further away from my location,usually 2-3 hours drive. Its a hustle, but is the only way in seller's market.
