Hi all,

I have been digging into local credit unions and financial banks to see what options I have in regards to getting an FHA / 203k loan for my first property. I am looking at multi-units and plan on moving in for my first investment hence this particular type of loan. As I am finding a few of them that I plan to reach out to, I would like to get local investors inputs on any specific agencies they have had success with.

I am trying to be proactive by setting up these things before pulling the trigger on the investment. I have put together a nice presentation on what a loan officer would need to gauge what is available for me. So if anyone could suggest an agency or possibly a loan officer I could directly reach out too and meet up with it would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,

Kody V.

Thanks for the response! From the researching I have done there are many, which can makes it difficult to know which are worth while so all the input is very helpful and I will certainly be checking some of these out!

I would love to hear if anyone has had success in finding a helpful real estate investment groups in Baltimore / Maryland. Particularly one that does not have too many membership fees, Thanks!

Hi @Steve Amenta, I have recently joined BP and I too am looking to invest in the Baltimore area. Although at the moment I don't have any properties I thought it would be good to make an introduction.  From my early experience here there are a ton of Baltimore investors with good insight so you shouldn't have a problem networking, Best of Luck!
