Hey everyone, 

My name is Kody, I am a firefighter in greater Seattle and am looking to start investing in the wonderful world of real estate. I have been interested in real estate for a long time but have just recently started learning within the last 3-4 months. 

My current goal is to have purchased my first property by mid 2019. I have been looking outside of Washington state due to the prices around Seattle being relatively high. I would like to do rental properties but I do not have a ton of capital at this point so I am thinking trying to do an initial flip for the first property to get some money to start buying rentals.
