I'm looking at buying a new laptop and was curious what investor and agents would recommend. This is a broad question, if you have a recommendation I'd love to hear why you like the specific computer.

@Michael Haas I am interested in getting my license because I think it will give me more incentive to dive in real estate investing. Right now i just sit on the sidelines and watch everyone create these amazing deals. I’m stuck in the analysis paralysis part.

Background is in emergency medicine and firefighting. I love what I do but I’d like to build some other streams of income. So I don’t need to rely on my body to keep food on the table.


Turning my primary into a rental and going to be purchasing a new primary soon.

@Steve K. Thank you for that detailed explanation of tax assessed value. Now I know most people would not use that as a valuation of fair market value.
