I'm starting a direct mail campaign to pump up my leads for the last part of this year, but I've never done one before.

Any do's and don'ts for direct mail?

Do you purchase any lists? If so, where do get your lists?

Thanks in advance for the help/answers

I destroyed my credit when I was in college with maxed out credit cards, closed accounts and a repossession. The best thing for me was to open lines of communication with the credit card companies and pay down the balance. Now I charge everything on my credit card and pay off the balance every month and that's helped my score a lot.

Hey Jaymie!

This a great place to build your network and find great resources. I'd suggest also finding your local REIA meeting. It's been a great place for me to meet investors buying and selling houses and grow my professional network. Feel free to reach out if you need anything!

Welcome to BiggerPockets, Eric! Looking at your goals, this is definitely the place to meet other real estate professionals and learn how to purchase properties with little or no money. Have ypu read Brandon's book on purchasing properties with little or no money down?

What part of SC are you working in?

I stopped using Mint a while ago, but since they bought the app that I was using (Check), I've decided to give it another shot. I use an app called Toshl to track my daily expenses though to keep my cash and debit transactions handy. It takes some work, but I just use it once/day in the evening and plug everything in.
