Yep, Millennials!

Good to hear that you want to work with some nonprofit organizations! Before starting my own financial education nonprofit, I volunteered for Junior Achievement, The Cooperative Ministry (an organization that helps low-income people take care of their bills), and several other organizations that have a millennial target market. 

...I bought my first home - a 4-unit apartment building and I'm getting paid to live here now. 

...I flipped 6 houses with a business partner.

...I helped other people get involved in real estate investing! 

Lunch works best for me. If it's breakfast, it'd have to be a Tuesday or Thursday. 

@Curtis Thomas I haven't nailed that down yet. I live in the 29223/29229 area, but I'm familiar with the 29201/03/04/05 areas too.
