Thanks Mitch! That's great feedback. I've seen a lot of gurus that "specialize" in short sales. One thing that we must be realistic about is that it's not always as easy as it seems. And from my understanding, short sales can take quite a long time. However, I know there are a number of success stories if the strategy is done correctly!
