Andrew you need go go into every deal with an open mind. I would ask around and find a partner or friend who is willing to invest with you. If you use there Money to buy. Sell the home at a higher price and interest rate. Also you can look at the seller carrying a note or rent to own if the park will allow if.
Good luck

First of all your not a realtor until you join your local realtor association. You must be a licensed salesperson or broker. As a beginner post ads on craigslist cash buyers wanted. Go to your rei club and network with property owners. Also try calling the numbers on bandit signs in your neighborhood.

Goodluck

Manny, if you can buy it right. I would do a Lonny deal. That is selling it for double what you pay for it. Then Carry the finiancing. I believe you said that came with land that will open up a few more options. Is it on a foundation then it becomes real property?

Hey Terry sounds good. I have been speaking with one manager who takes care of 5 parks in my area. Trying to set up a meeting he is giving a little resistance.

Rob,
Thanks for the two cents.I have done some wholesaling and made ok money. I am now looking to get into older mobile homes. Buy them wholesale. Sell at retail and carry the note. Now I will have money coming in and do not have to be a landlord.
Thank
Kenny
