Thanks Russell. That seems to be the consensus. I appreciate the feedback. I guess I will let this one go.

Thanks John. This is the first time I have come into this situation. I am not sure about the experience of the listing agent. Typically we deal with off market properties.

Greetings,

I work as a wholesaler and I found a buyer for a listing on the MLS. What document/ Addendum would I need to protect my fee.

The listing agent is being very cooperative and has asked me to send her an addendum to the "as is" contract so my fee can be included.

Any ideas where I can find this?

Appreciate the help

Khaliq

Jeff, I really appreciate the response. I ran a FB campaign with only $150 just to test, and got one lead out of it, so I agree with you that this amount for the budget should be much higher.

Also I am working on a Free E-book to put on the web site, but you are absolutely right, that this may be good content to put in some ads. I will definitely try that. Currently my ad just links to the landing page.

I will try with Google next and see how that goes.

Thanks for the advice

Khaliq

Hey Guys, I am new to Real estate investing and trying to come up with some useful marketing strategies to support my direct mail campaign. I am thinking about doing a cost per click campaign and would love to get the community's opinion on the following:

  • What ad platform? Google, Facebook or Bing?
  • What would be a good monthly budget?
  • What are some effective keywords to bid on?
  • What criteria do you use to generate the target audience (eg. on FB, I can select homeowners in Florida over age 35)
  • Any tips related to this strategy welcomed
