Camry, Corolla, Accord or Civic.  Any of those four are mileage masters.  If you need a pickup, go with a Toyota.

Do you know what a positive cash-flowing property looks like around Mebane, Burlington and Hillsborough NC?  I do.  After 10 years of establishing a few rentals of my own and with partners, I liked the business so much that I earned a Broker's license, and now do Property Management for other folks who want the steady returns of rental proerty but don't want to deal with the headaches.  May all your purchases be profitable.

I just passed th NC Real Estate Broker License test, and want to start up a property management business.  There are so many different things that need to be done in order to launch the business...a bit overwhelming.  Does anyone want to offer advice on what actions are most essential to get done first in order to set the best foundation for long-term success of this business?

And does anyone know a good book or magazine article where I can read about Sam Zell?
