@Mike Krieg who are some other wholesalers you/your lender recommend? Thanks

@Jeffrey H. So I shouldn't disclose that information. Thank you

Quick question, I've been looking at rehab projects with contractors and have been asked to disclose property information (asking price, ARV ect.) I wanted to know, if possible, how do you protect your interest in a property from a contractor stealing the deal?

Thank you in advance

@Matthew Gullo I look forward to attending this event

Post: Should I invest while I wait?

Greetings all,

I'm also in the process of building my first home (which is exciting). I spoke with the builder today and we are having delays due to permitting with the city. Realistically, my home will not be complete until September (5-6months from now). I wanted to know if it would be wise to invest in a rental property or a flip while I'm waiting? Initially I wanted to wait, get my home in order first before investing, but now I'm unsure. On one hand I'm eager to make a move and on the other I don't want to risk not being able to qualify for another loan (for my personal home), having a higher interest on a 2nd loan and having to put 20% down. What should I do?

Thanks in advance

Thank you for the positive feedback

As a newbie (or aspiring) RE investor, I'm looking to make my first purchase. I wanted to ask, with the devastation of hurricane Harvey, there are a ton of flooded homes in the Houston area that need repairs, many have been gutted to the studs already. Is it a good idea to invest in flooded homes in general, if so, is it a good idea to invest in one for my first property? After repairs, is there resell potential from buyers knowing the home has been flooded in the past?
