New Western Acquisitions
I'm in the process of selling my first flip, I bought it from NWA. Does anyone know if there is another wholesaler that DOESN'T have a double close? Or perhaps I need to get better at acquiring properties on my own (Houston TX ) thanks!

Whats wrong with a double close? If you're buying the property from them at a price you want it at and makes sense to you it shouldn't matter how the wholesaler closes.
