I can send you the info for the agent I use. He is awesome!!!  We just put in an offer on a 35k investment property in the Conroe area last Friday and the bank is reviewing all offers today.  He has been very instrumental in helping me to acquire my first properties as I am a fairly new investor as well!!!

@John Ellia maybe it depends on the market area or who's handling the auction. Im gonna try in the Houston area and see what I come up with. I will give feedback on my experience as well!

Thanks for the response! Im guessing that all in all you are satisfied with the outcome? Do you feel as though it was a real steal? The bid amounts seem to start ridiculously low so that's what had me questioning the authenticity.

I'm new to BP and was just wanting to get some opinions.... Have any of you ever used auction.com to purchase foreclosures? I see postings from them it seems like everywhere and I just want to know if this is a good resource for investment properties.

I'm soooo glad that I've stumbled across this site! I am new to Real Estate Investing (secured first rental property October 2013), and I am very eager to move right on into my second property! I am looking around the North Houston/ Conroe Area mainly, but I've recently started to look a little further.

ANY advice that any of you have, it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to connect with other members and increase my knowledge of all areas of Real Estate Investing.
