1. I would recommend to interview your sponsors with "List of questions you ask a deal sponsor", I will be happy to share questionnaire
2. Look at their past deals and ask them how returns are performing

4. You will learn how to underwrite a deal, you will also learn what is a good, great, not so great deal for you
