Can anyone recommend an investor friendly attorney in Flint, MI? 

I have a seller that is trying to back out of our contract. I have a clause that states if they breach the contract I have the right to seek legal recourse.

Hi, I'm hopefully going to be locking up a property this week and need an investor friendly title company to use. Ideally, they will allow the double close to be a passthrough. Anyone have any recommendations?
