In most cases it is the contractors responsibility to obtain permits. Request the name(s) of the contractor who completed the work from the seller.. I would also try to make an appointment to have the building inspector visit the property with me.

I am curious why they could be considered a scam. Can you be more specific. I do research on every thing I do pretty much. I looked up RipOff Report. Only found one complaint by a guy in NJ. To me only one complaint compared to several with all the "others(gurus)" hustling someone elses program is not a bad sign. The guys Ripoff report complaint said the same(a scam) but did not identify why they labled them this way, other than saying they ("FAF") want you to send in contract after contract. I think that is what a person should do if they are serious about making large sums of money, is get as many deals in the pipeline as possible.

Car dealers aren't in the car sales business, they are in the banking biz. They sell money in the  form of loans.

I buy used cars and pay cash. I drive a 2006 Chevy cargo van for jobs and a weekend nice weather car is a 2001 740i Sport sharpest BMW in town. If you need to buy new the best stategy is to use the IBC strategy.

Hi everyone.

I am wanting to know if anyone has had any dealing with this company (Findandfundit.com).

If so will you please leave what your experience has been here, good or bad? I would like to know  if they are what they say. Thanks.
