I am an investor and relocating my family to Cincinnati in the next few weeks. We will be house hacking and flipping and taking the cash and buying buy & holds. I’m coming in town next week for a discovery trip and I’d love to set up some lunches, coffees or beers with local investors to network and get a lay of the land.
